In this operating segment, T4F promotes and sells tickets for shows and events, including:

Live music: T4F promotes and produces a wide variety of live music events of national and international artists such as: U2, Lady Gaga, Coldplay, AC/DC, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Roger Waters, Pearl Jam, Black Sabbath, One Direction, Justin Bieber, Scorpions, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Laura Pausini, Demi Lovato, Marron 5, Backstreet Boys, Muse, Roberto Carlos, Caetano Veloso, Maria Bethania, Marisa Monte and Djavan.

Family events, Theater and Cultural Expositions: T4F produces internationally-renowned family events (such as Disney on Ice, Blue Man Group, Stomp, Madagascar, Alvin Ailey, Billy Elliot, Cirque du Soleil, among others). T4F also promotes internationally renowned Broadway musicals translated and adapted to Portuguese and Spanish, respectively. These musicals include: The Lion King, Sister Act, Addams Family, Mamma Mia!, The Phantom of the Opera , The Beauty and the Beast, , Miss Saigon, Les Miserables and Cats. Besides that national productions and cultural expositions with artistic content, scientifically and educational such as Titanic, Corpos, Leonardo da Vince and Esplendores do Vaticano.

Sporting Events:T4F produces automotive racing events in Brazil. T4F’s primary events in this category include the Stock Car and the Copa Petrobras de Marcas. T4F also produced Copa Chevrolet Montana and Mini Challenge.

Ticketing; food, beverage and merchandise sales; and venue operations

In this operating segment, T4F operates in:

Ticketing: the system offers the public the convenience of purchasing tickets over the Internet, by phone or at T4F’s strategically-located physical points of sale. T4F charges a convenience fee and, as applicable, a delivery fee for these services.

T4F operates in the electronic ticketing industry under the Tickets for Fun brand in Brazil, the Ticketek brand in Argentina and in Chile as part of a vertically integrated business model.

Food, Beverage and Merchandise sales: T4F sells food, beverage and merchandise at events T4F produces in its venues, as well as at events produced in third-parties’ venues, principally large stadium events. T4F also offers catering services at venues through outsourced companies.

Venue Operation

T4F operates six of the most important venues in South America, 5 in Brazil and 1 in Argentina. All of the venues leased, with the exception of Ópera Allianz Theater.

T4F believes it enjoys a distinctive competitive advantage in attracting corporate sponsors because of high-quality and popular artistic, cultural and sporting events and operation of some of the best venues in South America.

In this segment T4F includes sponsorship related to:

Event promotions: the sponsorship programs display a sponsor’s brands in a variety of formats depending on the level of investment and integration the sponsor would like for its brand at the event.

Ticketing; food, beverage and merchandise sales; and venue operation: In this segment, T4F offers corporate sponsors various ways to exhibit their products, including the sale of naming rights for venues, use of suites and luxury boxes, use of space to exhibit products and sponsorships linked to certain benefits like discounts and priority in purchasing tickets for events.
