In this operating segment, T4F promotes and sells tickets for shows and events, including:
Live Music: Production of concerts of national and international music icons such as Elton John & James Taylor, U2, Rolling Stones, Coldplay, Maroon 5, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Lady Gaga, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Roger Waters, Black Sabbath, Justin Bieber, Foo Fighters, Bob Dylan, Scorpions, Whitesnake, AC/DC, Guns’n Roses, Kiss, Gorillaz, Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Maria Bethânia, Roberto Carlos, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Ivete Sangalo, Paulinho da Viola, Marisa Monte and Anitta;
Live Music Festivals: We have a portfolio of festivals Lollapalooza Brasil, Popload, Solid Rock and Grls!, where names such as Miley Cyrus, Muse, Soundgarden, Imagine Dragons, The Smashing Pumpkins, Foster the People, Metallica, The Strokes, The Weeknd, Florence + The Machine, Eminem, The Killers, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Arctic Monkeys, Judas, Alice In Chains, Patti Smith, and Little Mix;
Family and Theatre Events: productions of family events (such as Disney on Ice, Fuerza Bruta, Stomp, Madagascar, Alvin Ailey, Billy Elliot, among others), as well as theatrical shows, including productions of highly successful International Broadway musicals (adapted for Portuguese and Spanish), such as Wicked, Sister Act, The Lion King, The Addams Family, Mamma Mia!, The Phantom of the Opera, Beauty and the Beast, Miss Saigon, Les Misérables and Cats, as well as national productions and cultural exhibitions with artistic, scientific and educational content, such as the Titanic, Corpos, Leonardo da Vinci, Esplendores do Vaticano and Horror Park Warner Bros.
Ticketing; Food, Beverage And Merchandise Sales; And Venue Operations
In this operating segment, T4F operates in:
Ticketing: We manage the ticket sales of our shows, offering the convenience of purchasing tickets at T4F’s strategically-located physical points of sale or online, by charging convenience fee. The operation of ticketing segment in Brazil using the brands Tickets For Fun, launched as part of our expansion strategy in this segment, and INTI, a platform acquired by the group in 2020, and which operates in the white label model, with important clients in the culture sector, such as Museu de Arte de São Paulo – MASP, Pinacoteca de São Paulo and Orquestra Sinfônica do Estado de São Paulo – OSESP; under license of Ticketek in Chile and Argentina, market-leading ticketing;
Food, Beverage And Merchandise Sales: inside our concert halls and in external events held in third-party properties, especially in large stadium shows and indoor family shows;
Venue operation: we operate two of the most important theaters in South America, one in Brazil and one in Argentina – Teatro Renault in São Paulo, and Teatro Opera Orbis Seguros, in Buenos Aires. The Renault Theater is rented from third parties through long-term rental contract, while the Teatro Opera in Argentina, we own. In the intervals of the agendas of the shows, we rent such houses for third-party events. These assets bring differential to our portfolio, enabling the production of Broadway musicals adapted for each country with lower production costs. Currently, T4F is the only producer of original Broadway musicals for Brazil.
Sponsorship
T4F believes it enjoys a unique competitive differential in attracting sponsors, given our credibility with the market and history of holding successful events with artistic and cultural content of high quality and receptivity of the public.
In this segment T4F includes sponsorship related to:
Promotion of Live Music: sale of sponsorship quotas of our shows, with exposure of the sponsor’s brand in various spaces, such as in the media of dissemination of shows, on stage and on big screens, among others;
Promotion of Festivals: in addition to traditional sponsorship quotas, the partnerships made in this context give more space for brand activation. Sponsor activations are carried out from the moment the client leaves home on the way to the festival until his return. In this way the tag also have the opportunity to promote by experience, becoming much more memorable and shareable organically on social networks. Additionally, the festival format allows the transmission of content through streaming platforms or television channels, such as the latest editions of the Lollapalooza and Popload festivals;
Ticketing; food, beverage and merchandise sales; and venue operation: we sell sponsorships and co-sponsorships, through the sale of rights to advertise the brands in our venues, including the sale of the right to name our venues (naming rights), the leasing of space for sale of promotional products, and sponsorships to obtain certain benefits, as discounts and priority access in the purchase of tickets for our shows.
