    Association with Popload, musical and culture platform, also promoter of Popload Festival.

    Beginning of portfolio review, focusing on strategic assets with lower fixed cost and higher recurrence and diversification. The actions taken were the acquisition of INTI, launch of the Grls! festival, the sale of Vicar and ceasing of the activities of venues of Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte.

  16. 2021

    Following theporftfolo review announced in 2020, we ceased the operation of São Paulo venue, aiming to be an asset-light company with a flexible structure, adaptable to demand. We started the post-pandemic resumption with the theater and reopening sales of Lollapalooza 2022.

  17. 2022

    Gradual withdrawal of restrictions to contain the pandemic, allowing the return of all company activities. Holding of the first edition of the Turá festival in São Paulo.
